A public statement, and not a suspension, was what this settlement amounted to, with the licence still active; its place on the regulator’s own public register is the sole reason for recording it here.

Evolution in the Philippine market

2025 brought Cebu its first Asian live-casino studio, opened together with local partner One Visaya Gaming. Streaming to operators from the Cebu studio hasn’t halted, running instead on a separate B2B licence, despite August 2025’s revocation of OVG’s own PAGCOR B2C licence.
