PAGCOR accredited is a phrase that gets used loosely, and the list behind it answers a narrower question than most people expect. It doesn’t say an operator is licensed, doesn’t carry a licence number, and doesn’t rate anything. It records which gaming system administrator registered which brand on which domain, and that record is exactly what this page walks through, column by column, with LakiWin’s own entry as the worked example.

What PAGCOR accredited actually means

PAGCOR’s Electronic Gaming Licensing Department describes its own accreditation role as processing “the application for accreditation of Service Providers including the evaluation and approval/denial of all requests for approval of electronic gaming platforms or systems together with the games or contents to be deployed and offered at gaming venues.” That’s a content and systems review, sitting alongside — not inside — the separate list this page is mostly about: accredited gaming system administrators and the brands registered to them.

Two different things can both be called “PAGCOR accredited” as a result. JILI, the studio behind Super Ace, carries PAGCOR’s EGLD approval for its game content, published on its own PDF. Nine columns, and not one of them is a licence field. That absence is deliberate: this document proves registration, and a separate PAGCOR record — outside the scope of this list — would be where an operator’s own licence sits.

Pagcor regulated: accreditation vs an operator licence

Pagcor regulated activity and a PAGCOR operator licence are two different records, and the gap between them is where most confusion about these lists starts. A studio can be regulated in the sense that its content passed EGLD review without ever holding a PAGCOR operator licence in its own name.
